INTRODUCTION
Librarian is a noble profession. Service of man is his motto. It is a business and to keep perspective and mercenary habits may not be suitable for this profession emulated. Ethics is a value derived from Ethas which means custom or character. Ethics of librarianship, an essential element of the library profession, denotes the conduct and behavior of those who adopt the profession. A librarian is called the guide, philosopher and friend of the wise and uninitiated alike. As a duty of the librarian, should follow the second law of library science. Librarian should seek ways to provide the necessary materials for users.
Literature Review
Kennedy (2004) examined in his thesis entitled “Using behavior and socioeconomic conditions of the users of the Central Public Library District Tiruneleveli” said the availability of sources and library services would improve the economic conditions of users of Central Library Tirunelveli District Public. The study revealed that most users were satisfied with library services and structure. The researcher suggested that the construction of the library could expand the use of multiple users and parking could be provided for vehicles. The library can be completely computerized.
Ramesh (2004) examined in his essay entitled “Performance Evaluation of library resources Karnataka State University and services: a fundamental approach that the university library’s collection of library professionals to evaluate and assess” ease of use library resources, taking into account the large amount of investment in the acquisition of information resources and labor costs in managing the activities of the library. This work has revealed one such attempt by reference to academic libraries in the state of Karnataka, which was part of independent India. This study took into account the severity of the lack of manpower as the main cause of decline in the quality of library and information services.
Research Design
This topic is the content and importance of education in terms of objectives and analysis of hypothesis formation. This also explains the methodology of the study on interviews sampling schedule, data sources, method of data analysis and the limitation of the study.
Objectives
The main objective of the study is the managerial skills necessary for library professionals to generate sources and the boyfriend of the rural library.
The following are the objectives the following:
1. For the study of rural libraries in this seenario
2. To find the duty of the profession
3. To identify the seven lamps of behavior and the important skills needed for librarians
4. To study the management skills needed for the generation of finance and home.
Methodology
To achieve the objectives of all the study data, and in turn is required for data collection, a field is selected to achieve the objectives of the study to collect data necessary for this purpose, the researcher chooses the management skills needed for library sources to generate professional and groom rural library.
Data collection method
For data collection the researcher was prepared interview schedule users and distributed. The empirical research design and random sampling technique was applied to select the sample. 100 were distributed to the interrogators and 91 samples were received back. Of the 91 samples taken from four rural libraries in Alangulam taluk.

Duty to the Profession
Exalted the library profession, as a learned profession is public service as their ideal. To maintain the highest ideals, a professional librarian must cultivate habits. A librarian should not do anything that the professional or Mars that have undermined the foundations. Every library should try to help his peers and maintain cordial relationship with them.

Managerial skills required to create FINANCE
The library staff should be polite and cooperative. The librarian should have attended many festivals and functions of the village. You should avoid speaking without hesitation or shyness. library professionals have to know all the information in the village. The library staff must meet all user requirements and to arrange for outreach activities as a forum of reader, reading circle, show the books and the collection of the celebration week. The librarian must know the behavior of users and their psychological attitude. The staff is considered the most important part of any library. Success also depends on the library staff efficiently.
SUGGESSTIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FINANCE

4. Staff members of the library can involve all aspects of the village
5. The librarian should know that people not only meet their needs
6. The professional library must be effective to guide the reader correctly.
7. The attitude of the library staff should be friendly with people and rural communities.
8. To raise awareness of library services and services for rural communities.
9. The library staff should offer an extension service in rural libraries
CONCLUSION
The study, the researchers observed that the success of the library depends on efficient staff. Funding for the library is built with public funds or taxes. The generation of finance and resource library depends on the ability of qualified management staff with efficient managerial skills. The library staff must have attended many festivals and local functions and meet the psychological behavior of users and their attitude to the generation of finance and resources.
